The Perrysburg Boat Club is a cooperative organization composed of members who have band together to get the greatest enjoyment from boating and socializing on the Maumee River.
It is understood that all people seeking membership herein will recognize the cooperative nature of this Club and assume the responsibilities involved, such as attendance at meetings, serving on committees when appointed thereto, assisting in necessary work of placing and removing of the docks. Also such other projects which may be undertaken from time to time for the improvement and general welfare of the Club.
The Perrysburg Boat Club is incorporated under the laws of the State of Ohio and has acquired a status as a 501 C 7 not for profit organization. It functions under a duly adopted Constitution and By-Laws, and it is directed by a Commodore, Vice-Commodore, Rear-Commodore, Secretary-Treasurer, Recording-Secretary, and a few others, all of whom comprise a Board of Governors. These officers transact the business of the Club in accordance with the Constitution and By-Law. All applications must be presented to and approved by the Board of Governors.
